Shipping
Hydrobikes Ontario specializes in low cost, premier shipping to all US States, and all international destinations. For international orders, we offer low cost shipments by sea, as well as faster shipping by air.
Typical shipments to US and Canadian destinations are 7 business days on in stock product. Hawaii, Alaska, overseas, and all other international orders require more time. Call for details. These shipments require custom pricing and a shipping quote not included on the website price. You must contact us. We will be happy to generate a quote for you including shipping charges. Please do not order from our
Online Purchase Page if you want to take delivery in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, overseas, or any other international destination outside the 48 contiguous US States. Please call and allow us to process your order. We reserve the right to refuse orders outside the 48 contiguous US States and refund your money.
Returns and Refunds
Hydrobike products have a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of the receipt of delivery. You will need to contact us to make arrangements for us to receive your shipment and authorize the return. All shipping charges are paid by the customer, and the product must be returned in its entirety, in the original packaging. This cost may or may not be negotiable. Please note that the shipping charges on some of our items can be several hundred dollars. Contact us if you have questions. If you receive product that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us with details and we will ensure that you receive no charge replacement for any damaged parts.
We do not charge a restocking fee if the product is returned in excellent condition in the original packaging.
Warranty
We replace all defective parts and parts damaged in shipping at no charge. All products are warranted by their manufacturer.
We also offer extended warranty coverage, over and above the manufacturer's coverage on all components.
Privacy and Security
Protection of your privacy, and security of your credit card information is our priority.
