Our hydrobike customers are the most valued asset in our business. We recognize that and do everything to make your experience with us as pleasant as possible ... before, during, and after the sale. We guarantee you the best hydrobike price, and we
guarantee complete satisfaction on every hydrobike we sell. We offer a full product cost refund provided the product is returned to us within 30 days in 'like new' condition, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the hydrobike to us. We can help arrange for that, or you can arrange for the return shipment yourself.

We ask that when you receive your order you take a moment to ensure that it is secure, intact, and damage free. Hydrobikes are boxed and packaged securely at the factory, and inspected for integrity before being shipped. Damage in shipping is rare, but can happen. A hydrobike consists of 3 boxes when packaged. It's normal wear and tear to receive boxes that are dirty, or with scuffs, or slight indentations on the corners, or tears in the cardboard. Anything more extreme, parts hanging out of the box, missing, or the appearance of component damage warrants your attention. Look inside the box if it has been ripped open or you suspect damage inside. Your order must be inspected and signed as received in acceptable condition before the driver will leave it with you. If during the inspection you find evidence of serious damage to boxes, please notify the driver. The driver will note this on your receipt and your signature is record of same. This protects you if you find out later that something inside was damaged in shipment. If components of the boxes clearly appear damaged, or you are missing parts, or an entire box (one bike equals 3 boxes) is missing, you have the right to refuse or accept receipt of the order. In the event of refusal the driver will take it away. Please notify us if you elect to refuse an order.
In the event of order refusal, Hydrobikes Ontario will arrange for replacement of your order. If you choose to accept a suspect shipment, and within 10 days of receipt of shipment you find damage as a result of shipping we will replace the damaged component at no charge. Hydrobikes are warrantied by the manufacturer.
We extend that warranty coverage at no extra cost, (see below) on all hydrobike components.

double the manufacturer's warranty on all components. Purchasers are on file and rest assured that you are covered in the unlikely event of problems, breakdown, or repairs for a full 2 years from the date of purchase subject to the criteria of the manufacturer's warranty coverage.

It's paramount to us that all orders arrive in tact, and every order is tracked along the way to ensure you receive your product. For international orders, we offer low cost shipping options by sea, as well as faster shipping by air. We can also arrange for you to organize your own shipping, and arrange for pickup at the US factory.
Typical shipments to US and Canadian destinations are 7 business days on in stock product. Hawaii, Alaska, overseas, and all other international orders require more time.
